Cannabis easier to buy than pizza

"Cannabis is easier to buy than a pizza", says a drug expert, so why not legalise and tax it to benefit everyone? Dr Alex Wodak, the director of the Alcohol and Drug Service at Sydney's St Vincent's Hospital, says cannabis will soon be Australia's smoke of choice. "In a few years time, we'll have more Australians smoking cannabis than we have smoking tobacco and by default that market is largely taken over by criminals..."

Marijuana laws loosen gradually around the globe

Marijuana is the most widely used illicit drug used by teens today. Approximately 60 percent of the kids who use drugs use only marijuana. There are many reasons why some teens start smoking marijuana. Many kids start using because their older siblings or friends are consuming it in front of them. Often peer pressure plays a major role. Teens think it’s cool to use marijuana; they see their favorite movie stars smoking it in movies and their favorite bands sing songs about it. The problem becomes more severe when teens start relying on marijuana and think that they need it to escape or a means of vacation from problems at school, home life, or with friends.

Zilele trecute am facut o mare prostie. Nici nu m-am trezit bine si m-am apucat sa beau. Tin sa precizez ca nu am fost mancat nimic. Am tinut-o pana pe la 9 seara cu alcool. Deja simteam ca imi este rau si ca ar trebuii sa fac ceva in privinta asta. De prost ce am fost nu am fost facut nimic. Se face ora 9:30 (aproximativ) iar cuiva ii vine o idee geniala sa fumam. Atat de rau mi-a fost.... nu aveti nici cea mai vaga idee. M-a calmat putin fumul dar nu destul. Dimineata ma trezesc, cu greu. Mai aveam 1% viata. Nu puteam sa ma ridic. Ma durea fiecare particica a corpului. Am avut nevoie de cateva ore doar ca sa ma pornesc spre casa. Cu greu am ajuns acasa. Evident ca durerea nu disparuse iar cand incercam sa mananc ceva mi se facea rau. Am stat toata ziua in pat (mort). Abia urmatoarea zi mi-am mai revenit putin. Concluzia: Alcoolul dauneaza grav sanatatii!
